Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."
