"The service was terrible. There was a period of around 40 days in the middle of the work when we did not have any communicaiton with them. Other times they said they would be there at noon to complete a project and would not show up or even text and were over 3 hours late. Once the service man told us they would be finished in 2 days and it was over 40 days before it was finished. After they finally finished, the work was satisfactory so our ocmplaint is not witht he work, but with the service."
