"I called several roofers on Angie's list, but only three returned my calls. Forrest of Wasson Roofing was the first to contact me and he arrived promptly to check my roof an give me a quote. His crew arrived a couple of days later to repair the roof leak. They were two very pleasant gentlemen who finished the repairs in a couple of hours and explained where the leak was and the work they accomplished. We had some monsoon weather the following week for several days and the roof repair held for a day. A leak began to develop the second day in the same area as before, but not as bad. I contacted Forrest immediately and he sent someone over to check on the roof again. This time they found a second problem with the roof, which was repaired in a couple of hours at no cost to me. I would definitely use Wasson Roofing again, and recommend them to my friends."

"Dave was the estimator and his crew came on time to complete the work as agreed. The work was done fine but by the end of the job and also end of day, the crew did not clean up very well. I had roof tile pieces and debris all over around the house. It took me quite awhile to clean up. I'd mentioned this to Dave and he immediately asked if he can send the same crew back tomorrow to clean up, but I've already cleaned up. A few days later, I noticed a cap from one of the pipe from the roof was blown off and I don't think it has to do with the prior roof work. I'd asked Dave, if he was in ever in the neighborhood to stop by and put the cap back on. He didn't hesitate and did that. The experience would be a perfect and quot;Aand quot; if it was not for the cleaning up issue. I think this company does try to go out of their way to please the customer. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. "Garry called me and requested to come over to see the scope of the work. He showed up right on time for the appointment and after I showed him the broken pocket door and explaining that I wanted all the hardware to be replaced including the top track. He wanted to make sure about the quality of the top track I like him to buy, so gave him my specification that is to get an aluminium track and 3 wheel rollers, I was tired of spending money to repair every year. He called me the night before to make sure I will be home. He showed up on time to start the work. I told him here you are, I will be in my home office, when done just call me. So, took a little longer that I expected it, because of wall sheathing being plaster board, but when he called me and went to see the completed project, to my surprise, he had completed the job and just about ready to paint the access opening of the wall - which you need to open to replace the track. He charged me exactly what we verbally agreed and I was very happy that after so many years of search and work with so many handyman, I finally found a professional and honest person who respected the verbal contract and did not charge me more for the extra unexpected site issues. Garry has very good communication skills and keeps you updated with the schedules and appointments via cell phone. I will recommend him to anyone for a small or medium projects.
