When I approved the quote, he set up a date for work to be done. Mike and Keith were at the house early on scheduled day and let me know when and what they were working on. They corrected a lot of electrical challenges in this house and everything works so much better now. The garage was an electrical disaster and they made it more functional. Everything worked like clock work. Utility company were prompt in coming to turn electricity off and back on. They had done a great job in setting everything up. Proper permits were posted on the house and the inspector approved everything after all the work was completed. They were so professional!! "My bedroom ceiling fan could not be fixed so they installled the extra I had on hand in case the old defectivee.    <br /> Bathroom light checkd out and nothing wrong with fixture.  Somehow the connect wires were loose and they fixed that and light works fine. <br /> I had a spare bath heater light combo but tjeu said it would require  new switch installation so they got a plaing bath heater to replace the plain bath heater that had worn out.   It was much cheaper than running wireing to slip in an identical appliance.   That new heater cost 75.00 , but I took back the 92.00 heater that required additional wiring.   Saved me money and thats akkk I needed. <br />"

"Service was great. Super responsive on the phone, and Jeremy came out to meet me and quote on-site. Unbelievably professional and courteous!! It's a national franchise, so they use a guidebook for prices (which is a bit odd they wouldn't estimate over the phone since it's so cut-and-dry). Anyway, the prices are about 40% higher than market value -- I was estimated just under $900 for maybe one day's work, I'd guess 6-7 hours. They want you to sign up for a $99 annual membership of some sort, and then they use flat rate pricing: $86 to install a light switch (!!), $132-$178 to hang a fan (depending on ceiling height), $112 to install a light fixture, etc. Certainly there's some peace of mind that comes with using a large company with a great reputation, but unfortunately even taking overhead into account these prices weren't even close to competitive market rates. Total bummer, I would have loved to use them for several projects."

My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places.  <br /> <br /> I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"
