"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arete 's Electrical Company did an excellent job installing mini-splits in my home! The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean, and the system works perfectly. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Arete’s to anyone looking for quality electrical work!"

"Because my furnace is old, I am expecting to replace it at any time. They came and told me all I need was a capacitor and got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. They can easily tell me that the motor is no good or it is time to get a new furnace and I would have gone for it. But these guys are very honest. The service fee to just show up is the cheapest I have found."
Three of the five heads are marked by the numbers in the blue circle. On the inside of the house is where you will find the mounted units. The slim ducts run alongside the white arrows and will eventually be covered to match the exterior of the house.
The slim ducts in the basement ceiling that connect from the branch box all the way to the 5 different heating and cooling units. These will be covered by the ceiling tiles once the job is finished.

"They clean up after themselves! They are prompt, friendly, and completely self sufficient. NOTHING is a problem! I sprung a couple of extra things on them while they were here. ( more than once) I added a can light over a stove and they just did it. I added a couple more outlets and no problem! I mentioned that I needed a feed for a fireplace insert and they checked it out right away. I would never use anyone else for my electrical work. Do yourself a favor and hire them."

"Electrical & Security Solutions are the best! I have needed their services more than once to replace lights, a ceiling fan and also to install a new electrical box and breaker for our garbage disposal. Tyler promptly responded every time I called and he and Casey are both friendly, efficient and skillful. Aside from the excellent service, the qualities I appreciate the most is honesty for what work needs to be done and how Tyler is also very budget consciousness."

"Everything went perfectly from start to finish. We have high cathedral ceilings in our home that required staging to hang three large, heavy fixtures and it all went flawlessly! Chris and his team were professional, neat, and fairly priced. Highly recommend."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Pelham, NH

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
