"Chad was a very professional and kind person. He kept inquiring whether my husband and I were satisfied with the windows. He was very thorough and the windows have never been so clean. He did an immaculate job. Highly recommended. B"

"This company was very professional and flexible in our interaction With them. I had to reschedule the work, a few times, due to family concerns. Mr. Floyd was very accessible to me, and helped me to get my power washing and gutter cleaning done, in a timely manner, with our painting contractor. Service and cleanup was great, and I would recommend them to friends."

"Dawn and the Detailed Excellence team did an amazing job cleaning our house. We were blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail. The house seemed to sparkle when we got home - every surface was cleaned and organized. Additionally, all of the cleaners were great with our dog and had no trouble making him feel safe and comfortable during the cleaning process. This was by far the best cleaning service we’ve ever had."

"Floyd was awesome - from his responsiveness to his professional and informative manner! We have a 116 year old mill house in downtown Columbia, SC that has never had duct cleaning. He was thorough, professional and took time to explain next steps and how he or other services may help us with our historic home in the future. If he can help with our home, I know he will work wonders with any house! We are breathing and resting easier after his wonderful service."
