"The windows are perfect. Franklin and his crew did a great job installing them. There was hardly any mess and what mess there was they cleaned up. We've had a great experience all around. Lori was the best, we worked with her on scheduling. We had to reschedule a few times and she always had our back and was able to get us back on the schedule quickly. She answered lots of questions and was glad to do it. Always a great attitude and extremely helpful. Thank you Lori.
