"Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. "I have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once again his team was amazing. Steve educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets and lighting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project."

"Larry called within a few hours of posting my request and came for a site visit the next morning. From the moment he introduced himself, it became clear that this was a guy who "knew his stuff". He listened to and understood my wish list and made great suggestions regarding trees. Larry's enthusiasm, energy and eye for detail were incredible. It was clear that he loves what he does. He took notes, and later that day located the trees I requested and put together a proposal, which I accepted immediately. If we hadn't had to wait for the utility companies to mark the "don't dig" areas of the yard, the trees would have been planted within a few days. Incredible! The day the 11 trees were delivered (Saturday), Larry showed up with his crew -- 5 trucks, a backhoe, and at least 8 courteous, polite and conscientious crew members. They worked efficiently and flawlessly to get the trees placed and came back Monday to plant and stake them. The crew carefully dug and mulched circular beds beneath each tree. The trees are magnificent -- much taller and fuller than I could have anticipated. The yard now looks spectacular. Neighbors have stopped by to comment how great things look ("outstanding" and "fantastic" are just two of the words used to describe the results). Based on research I had done, the prices for trees and installation was extremely competitive. The entire experience could not have gone any better or been more positive. A final and very important comment is that Larry was (and is) very accessible. He answers his phone and answers questions immediatey. We have even talked twice since the job was completed -- he truly takes care of his customers. This is almost unheard of in today's disconnected world. For several months, I had been attempting to hire local landscapers for this job and NOT A SINGLE COMPANY ANSWERED THE PHONE OR RETURNED MY CALL, so when Larry actually responded, followed up and was available for questions, I knew I had struck gold. I plan to use Professional Tree & Landscape Construction Inc. for any and all future projects. This is a terrific business and I look forward to working with Larry and his crew again."

"We received an initial quote from Harris & Co. based on a recommendation from a coworker to replace a backyard deck with a stone patio. I received three quotes from various contractors. Harris's quote was the most expensive but I went with Joshua Harris's company anyway for the following reasons: * Joshua had a complete treatment that included landscaping (which ultimately I did not do), pavers, lowering of the ground, demolition, fire pit, and seating wall. * They were responsive, using text and email and replying promptly. * Joshua Harris had a better vision for the project than I did! He envisioned a wall, lighting, making the patio extremely large (due to the limited space in the backyard, he thought that leaving a bit of grass would be pretty pointless). Ultimately, it was the completeness of the vision that drew me to use his service. Since he does landscaping, lighting, and tons of stuff, Joshua will give you a pretty complete treatment. This costs you. I think that you get what you pay for, but it's something to keep in mind. If you have a budget, keep your discipline and see what aspects that you can go without! That all said, we went all out for this project and added a long wall, accent pavers, a large fire pit, and lighting. This was an extremely expensive project for us, but it's been worth it as the end result is rather beautiful and makes the space much more usable. Before, we wouldn't even leave out the back door because the deck was so small and the yard was so dreary, but the large 28' stone patio makes the space inviting and easy to walk across, even when we're not entertaining. As for the work, I was impressed by the amount of communication that was provided. They contacted me almost every day to let me know if they were going to arrive to work and informed me if circumstances (usually rain, sometimes illness) affected the schedule. Joshua was overall very professional. There were occasionally circumstances though that affected what could be done at any point - for example a certain model of lamp I requested wasn't available, so I had to get a different one; in another case one of the bulbs burned out and I had to reach out to get it replaced. The final thing is that Joshua follows through. The mulch for the back was delayed due to an inventory issue and I hadn't heard from him after the work for a number of weeks, but then he called me when the items came back in and scheduled the follow-up. The point is: if you need something from him, don't be afraid to reach out. The work was quite costly but I think that you get what you pay for and when you go with Harris & Co., you get a lot."
