"The man said our vents were causing water to leak into a bedroom, also they needed to caulk the roof above another room that was getting water in. Due to snow it took a few weeks for them to be able to look at our roof. They replaced the Two bathroom vents on top of the roof. The cost to replace the two vents was 300.00.
