Perfect. It was a very reasonable estimate. He took careful notes regarding my expectations and what his crew could deliver. He explained he bills monthly for his company's services. So you are only paying for "work done". He left that day and was going to see if he could fit me into their schedule. That afternoon, the man who has been maintaining my lawn and shrubs for years, finally contacted me after an unexpended two week absence. He had a death in his immediate family and I had an old card of his with outdated info. I learned an embarressing lesson and I sincerely apologized to Daniel. They de-weeded/uprooted everything and then carefully tilled my entire front yard and surrounding areas. It is now ready to plant a new lawn and further landscaping. They don’t know this yet but I’m going to see if they can fit me in for another job (tree removal) because they did such a great one the first time. Highly recommend. "
