"Requested quote via Angie's List for gutter cleaning and Chris called shortly thereafter. He provided a much more reasonable price for the job than other quotes I received. The work was completed as scheduled and I was very pleased with the work done. CJ's Home Maintenance also repaired exterior steps by leveling and shoring them up to make them safe and usable. They painted the exterior front house door and windowed side panels, which looks great and adds curb appeal! There were no additional costs and I paid the quoted price. I will call CJ's Home Maintenance again and highly recommend them for your home maintenance projects if you need any home maintenance project completed by reliable workers, within a prompt time frame and at an honest price."

"Tom and his crew are the very best!!! Professional, meticulous and personable. Before they painted they prepped the walls, even mending and repairing rough patches. Tom offered advice on paint choices and placement. Their clean up included putting furniture back in place and leaving area cleaner than before they started. "Walt and his crew were amazing. Walt was extremely responsive, showed up when he said he would. We were having our bricks, painted a new color and our siding and windows frames painted a different color. My husband was concerned about painting the bricks, but Walt assured us that the product he was using would last many years. Adam, who did the actual painting, had an amazing attention to detail. "We got Raymond's Plastering and Decorating name from Angie's List.  I called and Tom immediately responded.  He came to look at the job and said he would get back with a quote, which he did within day.  We determined a start day and said it would take 2-3 days.  He started the job on a Monday and finished on Wednesday.  He was very professional, did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up every day.

"Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. We could quibble that the bathroom walls did not end up ‘like new’ as some might prefer and that, after the work was done, I discovered a problem that I addressed on my own. The plaster did not come close enough to the new electrical workboxes that had been installed and the area between two workboxes was left rough. Caserta would likely have fixed this if I had noticed it during the job or had asked them to come back but I thought it easier to just fix it myself. Other parts of the job, like the kitchen ceiling and bathroom trim, ended up far better than we thought possible. They spent more time on the job than we expected, given the price we paid, and their workers were congenial and professional. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"I haven't reviewed that one because that was a disaster. The thing is I tried to get my money back through Angie's List, in the end Paul at Meistersinger actually did give me a paraded portion of my money back so I felt like in the end it was settled fairly so I don't really wanna like you know I don't want to generate the guy's reputation. He just wasn't very professional. I mean he was late the two days he was here, he ended up leaving early both days, he didn't call me to tell me he was gonna leave early on the second day, he just left me a note on my stairs. He didn't get a full room painted, he was very slow, he spilled paint, he cursed I mean he just didn't seem like a professional painter."
