As part of the neighborhood program, his price is the best (super reasonable). The work is good. Trimming gets done and they come every week like clockwork. Sometimes rain messes with the schedule but they still fit it in. The quality is good (and when you factor in the price, amazing). My neighbor next to me has the Mercedes Lawn service and ya, that looks super awesome but they pay top dollar too. For the grass mowing experience per price paid, there is no contest. "It was VERY difficult to get them motivated to finish the job on time as promised (for my daughter's graduation party).  We had to call Carlos repeatedly to get his crew out there and he told us that he had a seminar, that it rained (which it did not), that one of the days was a holiday, that he had other jobs, etc. The workers never showed on several days and when they were there they were on their  phones, standing around, eating and talking.  Carlos was hardly there so there was no supervision.  Their work day was never more than 5 or 6  hours long.  We were promised that it would be finished several days before the party so that it would have time to fully cure/dry.  They didn't finish until 1 hour before guests started arriving and they still had to come back later to finish several things that weren't complete or right.  It does look nice, although several of the blocks are misaligned and the walls have separated at the seams now only a year later.  It was extremely difficult to get Carlos back to fix our concerns and throughout the entire process.  I will use another contractor for future work due to the lack of motivation of his crew and the difficulty in getting him to return calls and come when he promises.  He was a very personable guy, but he must have too much work and poor employees to properly take care of everyone. <br />"

"They take care of my lawn, ticks, fleas, etc. Everyone always says I have the best lawn in the neighborhood. They are always reliable. When I have them reseed the lawn, if any seed fails they will reseed the area that failed. They also leave a bag for me if I would like to do more areas myself."
