And getting no replies or not showing up I called Ergeon , They do use Google Earth to check out you home ,But do send a person to view your work area then report back to there office. after which you will receive 3 quotes for various post and treated wood. I hired them, and the were there within a week others was 8 to 10 weeks out. Tore down the old fence installed new fence even replace the snake guard that was attached .Great workman ship very informative as to what they were doing. I checked it out they cleaned up and left . I will hire them again when the other fence needs relacing"
