We had to pay someone to repaint our ceiling and bedroom walls after they used the wrong paint color (I gave them the exact paint color) and you could see the difference in shades because they left it half covered. We also had to have a plumber come fix the hot water pressure in the brand new sink, the brand new toilet handle, repair the brand-new sink leak and other technical issues that shouldn't happen with a NEW remodel. Overall they did fine, but when you pay an exorbitant amount everything should be left in working order and pristine. I would not use their services again, and was disappointed by the way they left things."

They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for.
