"Michael promptly responded to my request, showed up on time, gave me an honest evaluation and quoted me a reasonable price. What a relief after initially interviewing an electrician who never showed up, nor responded to my email asking where he was an hour after he was to show up for the appointment; then another electrician who wanted to do more work than was necessary which would have cost 3 times what Michael charged me! After I hired Michael, he sent Edward, his associate to do the work. I was equally impressed with Edward, as he too was very professional and friendly, did a great job. AC Electric restored my trust in contractors available through Home Advisor, after an additional bad experience with a furnace installer. The furnace installer made substantial mistakes, but refused to take responsibility, claiming that PG&E didn't know what they were doing by connecting a wire that went unnoticed. PG&E finally stopped the furnace from overheating, which was straining unable to emit air through the vents-they saved the furnace and possibly my house; nor would he acknowledge that he forgot to turn the gas to the water heater back on after installing the furnace, which we found after the concerned tenant complained-not to mention his arrogant attitude!
