"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate."

"Mr. Massong went above and beyond my expectations. The 1952 concrete pool removal project had 3/4 in steel rebar around the rim. A hydraulic breaker attachment was rented to properly complete the pool demolition. Over 60 tons of fill sand and 14 tons of top soil were used to fill the remaining space and final grade work. "Kevin just finished the forth project at our home. Every year we collect money and hire him. By now he has worked on two bathrooms and our kitchen. Putting new tiles in one bathroom including complete replacing the structure was accomplished so well to perfection. The project he just completed was bathroom tile regrouting and fixing. We are already looking forward to hire Kevin for our next project. We completely trust him to a level that we just agree with whatever he says because we know that he suggests the best."
