Josh Webster promised a "turnkey" project but failed to deliver and attempted to move forward with no permit. After weeks of no updates, I learned that engineering was incomplete. Communication was poor, and I often had to ask for updates. I later found out they weren't licensed for the work in Longmont, leading to delays. Josh hired a concrete guy who was building the walls and stairs outside of the spec the engineer designed. When I hired my own concrete contractor, he discovered mistakes in the work done. Ultimately, I requested my deposit back after losing confidence in Josh. He returned part of the deposit and made me sign a non-disparagement agreement that violates the consumer review fairness act. I recommend finding another contractor. I lost tons of time and money working with this company."
