Within a few days they came out and gave us a reasonable estimate, especially considering the size of the tree and its proximity to the house.  A week later they came out and removed it.  They were very professional and certainly knew what they were doing.  They had the tree down, removed from the yard, and all the cleanup finished within an hour.
