"Jose called me to get more details about the repair I needed. He made an appointment to look at the roof and was at my house precisely when he said he would be there. He described what he thought I needed and spent quite a bit of time on the roof and found problems that i did not know I had that I asked him to add to the quote. I won't say this as correctly as Jose would but I mostly needed to remove and replace a TPO roof that was almost flat. Long story short Jose came when he said he would and did a great job. Took out and replaced old plywood, put down a new roof with metal parts that had been needed on the original roof but were not there. Cleaned up all old material and took it with him. His price was in line with other quotes. The important part to me was that I had confidence that he knew what he was doing and that he would do it right. Other roofing companies that came out did not leave me with as much confidence. The confidence was warranted based on the service I received and new roof I have now."

"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco. <br /> I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all. <br /> <br />"
