"I enjoyed the entire staff. Karen in the office is friendly, cheerful, and makes you feel like helping you solve your problem, is her number one job of the day. She makes you feel like you have come to the right place.The technicians Tim and Josh were also friendly, sincerely genuinely wanting to do the best job for you. They both were on time, telephoned me regularly to keep me posted when they would be coming or to let me know if the would be delayed.
