"Barely a month ago we first contacted System Pavers to consider having them replace our driveway. Today, I signed off on completion of the project, which was extremely smooth from start to finish. When James Jordan, our design consultant first met with us via video conference, he already had Google images of our property, and was therefore well prepared to discuss what we wanted to do. Based on that meeting, he prepared a first draft plan for what we wanted, which he brought to our home only about 3 days later, along with material samples. At the end of that marathon meeting, we had a game plan for a 2- or 3-phase project: first replacing our driveway and then -- if we were satisfied with phase 1, moving on to the back patio and yard. Two weeks later, construction started, with Jimmy Jackson as our Project Manager and Temo as his crew chief, and now -- less than a week later, everything is completed and beautiful. During the course of construction, we encountered a couple of minor glitches -- nothing major -- and each time, Jimmy's attitude (and that of everyone working with him) was, "no problem -- we can fix that."
