"Essential Builders are the best! Other roofers tried to swindle me with hugely inflated quotes. Essential Builders replaced my roof for a fair price, were efficient, did expert work, and stood behind their work. During the recent heavy rains, Alex even climbed on my roof - 2 years after installation - to make sure an HVAC repair person hadn’t damaged any roof tiles! In a city of contractors and home repair companies who have seen me as an easy mark for wildly inflated pricing, only Essential Builders were honest and fair. I trust them - and would rely on them for any future work, as well. Thank you, Alex!"

"I hired Reign Roofing to replace my roof and reinstall my solar panels. The roof replacement was excellent, significantly enhancing my home's appearance with high-quality workmanship. While there were some delays with the solar panel installation, Reign Roofing kept me informed throughout the process. Once completed, the panels were properly integrated, function well, and are already saving me energy. Despite the delays, their transparency, professionalism, and commitment to quality make them a great choice for roofing projects."

"We recently hired California Roof Experts for a roof leak repair and a roof tune-up. From the start, they were very prompt in providing a reasonable quote. Their team was quick to schedule the job and arrived on time. They were thorough in their work, ensuring everything was addressed properly. We’re very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. Great service at a fair price!"

"Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."

"We have a historic home and there was additional care required to replace siding beneath the roofing material at the eaves. The team at Jordan roof completed the entire job in only 4 days, they fixed up our dormer which had shingles that had deteriorated, and repainted some of the shingles. Our home looks better than ever! Great responsiveness, fair pricing, and high quality work."
