"Power has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with anyone doing work on my home. We paid over $35,000 for all new windows and doors and have been in a nightmare with these guys since June. Work crew showed up and for two days just made a terrible mess. Windows were so poorly done that we had to have 6 of them reinstalled. We ordered a huge new slider and they brought that out and left it partially installed. No hardware, not even trimmed out. They told me they could get back to my house on 9/17. You can see daylight through the slider frame. Its 110. You get the idea. They give ZERO cares...none. I have been begging and nothing! DO NOT use these guys. Contact Pella direct. Not these scammers...BEWARE!!!!!!!!"

"Quality" - Making sure windows are installed plumb, level, and square per manufacturer and AAMA/FGIA standards. - Verifying that seals and insulation are properly applied to prevent air or water leaks. - Checking that all windows open, close, and lock smoothly with no gaps. - Ensuring glass and frames are clean and free of scratches or residue before completion. - Taking a few minutes to walk the customer through the finished work and provide maintenance or warranty details. - Leaving the work area clean and free of debris after installation. "I had Mark the owner of AZTRADEPROS come and install a custom bar top for me. I needed something simple yet stylish. He spent about 35 hours on it and I paid him for those 35 hours. He helped me get materials and save the most money by coming with me and helping me purchase it. We ended up with pretty much zero scrap. Everything we bought was used. We made use of his truck a lot which was great. Lots of wood working. It came out exactly as I had hoped and his presence was very enjoyable throughout the process. Very courteous, communication was great, cleaned up after himself, checked in with my often to ensure things were moving in the direction I had preferred, so each hour of his time was put to the best use. I will be hiring him for small other small jobs and keep him in my contacts as a great all around handymen. He has lots of stories of his prior work and he takes passion in whatever he does. Anything that you need a handyman for he could do it no problem. I reccomend, happy customer."
