"Dan's crew were excellent.  The bathroom needed repair prior to painting; he really worked with me.  Next, the  livingroom ceiling needed to be replaced with sheetrock, trim needed to be removed, some furniture needed to be moved..  Everything was completed in a professional manner; plastic was covering a bay window, the entrance between the livingroom and dinningroom; the molding was carefully removed, the sheetrock was installed, taped and painted.  Dan and his crew continued with two coats of paint in the livingroom, up the stairs and landing.  They were awesome.  The bathroom looks great.  He's currently working on another job for me.  And yes, I did use Dan again--I was pleased with everything.  During the first job, I was very sick but his crew took over andwere very professional with everything.

"Excellent in all areas from bid to completion. I wasn't living in the house so James kept me posted by text & pictures of progress. He got along with the tenants. He was prompt and responsive. The job was smooth--unlike many horror stories I've heard.  Most importantly the house looks great.
I had a lot of competent bidders on this job.  James got it because he could do the whole thing--the other guys only wanted pieces of the job.  Having one contractor for roof, painting and gutters really paid off in how the job went. 
I give James Townsley a A- on price.  Not the lowest but a competitive, fair price.  Seriously, who wants the cheapest when you can have the best?   Further, he didn't nickel-dime during the work.  He replaced a cracked shutter and chimney cap not included in the price.  Not a fortune, but a good feeling. 
James really cared about me, my tenants, and how the job turned out.  And it turned out great.  It was a pleasure to work with him.  I would hire him again in a moment.  Recommend him highly.
