"Scott showed up promptly, disassembled the dishwasher, and diagnosed the problem (a failed pump). Unfortunately, the part was not available locally, but he found it out state and placed the order the same day he visited us. He returned the same day the pump was delivered, installed it, and tested it. His service fee was very reasonable, and he did not charge us for the second visit. He is highly competent, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing appliance service."
