"Scott came to my sisters house to diagnose and repair a washer that was trickling cold water. He told her that the machine was not getting water and the problem was the valve and plumbing feeding the hoses. Call a plumber. I went there an had a look thinking that that was unusual to be blocked with public water and pressure. I disconnected the hoses from the washer and put them into the tub and turned the water back on. The wasn't a flow problem. It was the cold water solenoid on the machine that quit working. It is an electronically controlled valve. Kaput. I ordered one and replaced very easily. I called Scott and thought I'd tell him what the problem was. I wasn't angry, just gave him a call. I wasn't expecting him to raise his voice in defense of his misdiagnosis and what he charged. He told me she was lucky that I hadn't charged full price. lol. I said she was lucky that she didn't waste more money having a plumber tell her that there wasn't a water supply problem. I really wasn't expecting him to get loud and defensive. I thought he might be humble, admit a mistake and possibly offer a refund. But was told that he did her a favor only charging her $89.00."

We have an independent plumber and electrician on staff. We allow the client to purchase their own materials as required, hence, no material markups. Clients have the ability to pick up materials on their own or we will supply materials. We also are available to supervise and lend a hand on your DIY Project! Handyman services are also available.....hang fans, lights, replace door hardware etc.FOR FASTER SERVICE PLEASE CALL 610-495-5407. I will respond to all voicemails within one business day.

"Excellent experience with Ken at Coventry Workshop! Ken gave me hands-on training and let me assist with our kitchen demolition / remodel. He even taught me how to cut tile and lay an entire tile floor! What’s more, Ken helped with measurements and had wonderful design suggestions that we used when working with the retailer where we bought our cabinets. From start to end, Ken was there and guided me along the way. Couldn't have done it with out his expertise. I learned a great deal from Ken and look forward to the next home project with him. I would highly recommended him to any family and friends. In addition, my mother-in-law always calls Ken for projects / repairs in her historic home.
