"Jim replaced the bearings in my Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine. He arrived with the parts in hand after figuring what the likely problem was (and he was right) from a phone conversation with me. Friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions. And was on time and easy to schedule (I only had to wait about two days). The price was reasonable for 1 1/2 hours of work, and much, much less than the cost of a new washer. I had call a "big company" before I called Jim, and was told that it wasn't worth getting my washer fixed because it would be so expensive. I obviously got bad advice from the first company, and was lucky I called Jim for a second opinion. Would hire again, no question."
