"We had a great experience with Muth & Company Roofing for our roof replacement project. Our sales contact was Kelly, He was excellent to work with all the way through the process. Regarding the demo, the crew took great care to protect my house and property while removing the old roof. They made sure all old materials went into the dumpster as soon they were removed from the house. I was impressed with the install crew too: Right tool for the right job by using a crane to lift the new materials onto my roof VS running them all up manually. They were very efficient and worked in pairs as they put on the new roof. Job was completed in one long day which impressed me as i thought for sure it would take more than a day to complete. The GAF Timberline UHDZ shingle with the extra shadow line is a huge improvement from my old shingle. Really makes my house pop. We love the improved curb appeal of our house with the new roof. The crew made sure to clean up before the project was completed and Brian our project manager even did touch up painting for me. Hard to tell they were even here! Overall, clearly a 5 star performance!"

"George, the owner of GKG Roofing, was timely in giving a reasonable estimate for cost and time for the work to be done. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process and what exactly was going to be done. He was flexible about a starting date for the job as we were going to be out of town for a while just after the bidding process was done. Once a date was set (by us), the crew arrived on that date and completed the job in the estimated time. The crew was professional, they kept us informed all along the way, they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day very well, they worked very hard, they protected the house with tarps when there was some rain and also overnight, and did an outstanding job.  They did a good job of protecting our property as they did the work. There was no damage done. The roof looks great and the job was done to all of the specifications as laid out by George at the outset. He arrived on time, professional and was able to identify the cause of my leak. He took pictures to discuss the issue and the resolution. "First, I LOVE my roof. the roofing crew was friendly and hardworking. They came out the Friday and Saturday before labor day in order to get my roof watertight (I had rain coming thru into my kitchen). They were on-site for longer than 12 hours both days. It then poured on Sunday, and I got to sit in a rain-free house. They even tried to help me move my furniture. I love my roof. The only issue I had was with the service manager. The company advertises on their website that they do interiors, exteriors, roofing, windows, and masonry. The main thing I was looking for was my roof. Cause, ya know - inside rain. However, when I asked about getting some windows replaced, I was told they haven't done windows in the Columbus area yet. When I asked if they would like to, I got a shrug and the subject changed. When I asked if they could put a cap on the chimney for me, first I got an incredulous "do you never want to use it again?" Then, when I said not to cap it off but that I wanted a cap to keep things out, I got told there was a screen up there. Screens don't keep out rain, or snow, or downdrafts, thank you very much. And again the subject changed. I pointed out the leaking area in the kitchen, and got no offer or price about fixing the interior plaster, or even a hey we fix that. I had a busted out back window, and no offer to help board it up. I asked about getting a real attic access put in (I just have a little convenience port now with boards covering it) and was ignored. I asked about putting in a vent for my bathroom and kitchen and was ignored. So basically, they lost a lot good amount of money and work because of a slightly rude manager. Also, I had a fan put in on the roof, and was not informed ahead of time that they did not do the connection to the electric, so it is up there, unconnected. Apparently, the only thing they do in Columbus is roofing."

Keith sent Josh out to look at our issue, and he was able to point out some areas of concern that could be fixed fairly easy. "B&T Roofing did a GREAT JOB! They are a preferred contractor on the Owens Corning (and other manufacturers) websites. Greg was very responsive with initial call, initial visit, quotation and follow-up calls and visits. I found B&T Roofing to be very informative and willing to answer any and all my questions. They quoted the cost to replace my roof, as well as other options such as improve attic ventilation and install gutter guards. All three of these were performed. Todd's crew covered all bushes around the home and cleaned up everything after completing the work. A strong magnet was also swept over the entire area to collect nails. I have not found any nails...it works! The Owens Corning Duration (Amber color) shingles look Great. They are exactly what was expected. There was no pressure throughout the entire process. The materials used and the work performed was of the highest quality. B&T was very thorough and honest. They followed up on all items until they were completed. B&T Roofing went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer...that's the way they do business. I quoted five (5) companies and found their pricing to be fair. They were not the lowest or the highest...their price was in the middle. In summary, B&T Roofing is an excellent company that is honest and provides a comprehensive service to replace your roof at a fair and reasonable price. I count myself as one of their many satisfied customers!"

"The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"
