He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. My wife and I absolutely love the final result. We will never use anyone else for painting—Dream Painting is our go-to from now on, and we’ll specifically be asking for Roberto. "Rick Jamison Painting did an absolutely incredible job painting the exterior of my home. The job was no easy task, as it involved stucco repair work and wood repair work which proved quite complicated. Roughly 3 years ago we had the windows in my home replaced and as such, we had these new stucco vs old stucco rings around all 13 windows and doors. Rick Jamison painting completely got rid of all of all of these rings and then did an amazing painting job all without leaving a trace of debris or paint anywhere. My home was built in 1957 and it now looks like brand new construction. Awesome work."

We discussed a price, within minutes the house was pressure cleaned, then a day later his crew showed up, made the necessary trim and stucco repairs, they removed the chipping paint and painted the trim and two story house in one day. The paint is thick and rich, the trim gleams. James White and his team did an excellent job. Neighbors liked it so much, four neighbors had him do their homes. The neighborhood looks great! "Picking a contractor can be stressful. Referrals, online research, getting estimates. And there's no way to know for sure if you've made the right choice until the job starts, and by then you've likely signed the contract and put down your hard-earned deposit money. I had several companies out for an exterior painting estimate, and ultimately settled on Anytime House Painting. The owner, John, provided a low-key, thoughtful explanation of what was needed, what it would cost, and what I could expect if I went with them. He offered a very reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitch. I had read the online reviews, which were all good, but there are a lot of companies out there with good reviews. Ultimately, what made the difference was that John mentioned they were a family-run business. It wasn't part of the sales pitch, it just came up in response to my questions. I guess anyone could say that (though none of the other estimators did), and it may or may not be important to the quality of the work, but in this case, I think it made a difference. When they started the job, it was John's father who showed up to supervise the crew, and he was there every day until the job was completed. The house had not been painted for awhile, which meant there was extensive prep work. While that was being done, John came back more than once with sample colors until I got just the right combination, because the really do look different once they're actually on the house. The crew was on time every day, went about their business without disturbing me (I work from home), and performed above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. The last time the house was painted, I did it myself. This time, I left it to the professionals. Anytime House Painting. It was a good decision."

"The project involved comprehensive renovations, including the demo of floors, tiles, wood paneling, popcorn ceilings and wallpaper. He installed two full bathrooms, complete with shower and tub surrounds, plumbing fixtures, vanities and mirrors. Additionally, he refinished the kitchen cabinets, installed recessed lighting, ceiling fans and a wall unit, and painted both the interior and exterior of the house along with all new hardware and fixtures.
