He came out to look at the job two days after we contacted him and scheduled to come out early the next week. His estimate was for $260. He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75.

"Had a difficult task ahead of him, pulling up 2 layers of floor that was nailed in with huge nails. Also had to replace some of the sub floor due to water damage. For a 1 man crew he got it done within a week doing my entire upstairs floor minus the bedrooms. Very personable and had good educational talks while he was here. He also drywalled a room, remodeled 2 bathrooms and took out a glass slider door and put in french doors.I recommend very much. Unfortunately I can't find all my pictures."
