"We contacted Appliance Techs on Wednesday morning and by Thursday afternoon the problem was solved. The tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell us to make us pay for a part, the charge was for labor only. He also was up for communication by text as opposed to making me call or email. So: convenient, prompt, professional and fair priced. 5/5, would use Appliance Techs again!"
