I made an appointment, the salesman came, sat own with me went over what I was looking to do, provided samples of floor tiles and gave me an estimated cost. I was vary happy with the price, the selection and set up a date for installation. Two installers arrived at my home, moved the kitchen table and began work, reinforcing the squeaky floor first and then begin tiling the floor. They did a fantastic job and i am so happy with the new floor which I would highly recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.!"

"Our hardwood floors were installed during the construction of our raised ranch style home in 1971. The floors were covered with wall-to-wall carpet for about 30 years. There were stains and a repair needed due to our cat. The men working for Shane were hardworking and conscientious. The living room, dining room, hall, stairs, and one bedroom were completed in two days, as expected. We will definitely have Shane's Hardwood Floors back this fall to complete the other two bedrooms."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
