We were so impressed by his assessment that we did not feel the need to birddog him as he worked. (He even moved all the deck furniture for us...which we intended to move ourselves but he beat us to it...) Very good value for the dollar. Honest. Recommend 1000%. On the first appointment, they repeatedly told me that they were running late. 4 hours past their promised arrival I had to call them, only to get an apology and offered a discount if they could come the same time next day. Next day, no show and no call. Several hours past their appointment, they finally called to tell me they had a flat tire and scheduled an appointment the following week. No show and no call at all. When I finally called them, they actually had the nerve to try to schedule a fourth appointment, which I obviously declined. I was tied to the house for three days and still had to find another company to complete the work. I?d give them 0 stars if I had the option."

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
