"I am a realtor out of Jacksonville Florida. I had a seller that needed an appraisal quickly for a sale. Atlantic Surveyors not only completed the survey but my customer was so pleased she wanted to make sure I gave a positive feedback about her experience. From my prospective (realtor view) Atlantic surveyors squeezed this survey into their packed schedule when the original surveyor could have made a couple of minor changes to the original survey and spent far less time at the property to complete the survey. In this situation the home buyer actually personally knew the original surveyors and they still wouldn’t complete the survey in time for the closing!! "I called the office on August 13th for a quote. The quote was competitive so we scheduled for the 15th.  This was great because we had a closing scheduled for the 29th and needed copies and certifications for it.  We received our paperwork on the 19th in plenty of time.  The surveyors were polite and professional.  We would use them again if we needed surveying services in the future. <br />"

"I sent an email requesting a survey to be done within the next 14 days.  Mr. Langford responded to my email by phone, telling me that he would be able to meet that deadline.  He did not give a quote for his services stating that he was at a job at the time of returning my call, and would be in contact with me after getting some more info about the property.  I did not hear from him for two days and assumed that he was too busy to communicate with me so I hired another surveyor.  I immediately contacted Mr. Langford via email in order to let him know that I had made arrangements with someone else.  He emailed back that the survey was already completed!!  His fee was less than the second surveyor, and the report was in my email that day (after paying by credit card).  Paper embossed copies were in my mail next day. <br />   A fee quote up front would have been an appropriate thing.    WIth a little better communication, this would have been a 5 star review across the board.  The service itself was outstanding! <br />"
