He probably in the beginning regret the fact that he over height all that he could do at the price that he was offering because at the end I could tell he was kind of like, "You can't ask me to do anything more". But it was all his doing. At the end, he was starting to say, "Well, I can't do all those stuff". Everything that he did do, he did very well. The only problem that I have there is that he brought all the artificial grass with him when I first met him. He was saying they're all American made, we'll get them all very quickly whichever one you pick. But, the one I picked, he said that the supplier that he was going to get the grass from had a role, but it just didn't fit my backyard because it was too small. He said I had to wait a long time because it ends up coming from China. So, I had to wait several weeks to actually put in."

"Overall, we are very happy with the way the job turned out. The start date kept slipping but that was due to bad weather and the holidays. Once the work started, the whole job was done in about a week. The owner, Dan, was very friendly and helpful. He came by at least once or twice everyday and did a lot of the cement work himself. At the end of one of the days, one of the workers was using a high power saw which tripped a breaker. The breaker would not reset and needed to be replaced. Dan stayed late and bought a new breaker for me at the hardware store. <br /> The cement work that was done looks great. The previous owners of my house installed our concrete patio with some odd designs and colors in the cement. Some of that concrete was in need of repair. Priceless made the repairs to the concrete and you cannot even tell that there was ever an issue or that any repairs were made. Also the cement pads we had installed in our side yards look great too (no weird designs/colors required there). <br /> I would definitely recommend Priceless Services for concrete work. <br />"

They cut down two large oversized Mexican Fan palms, two cypress trees, and a macadamia nut tree. They were quick, professional, and did an incredible job cleaning up our yard and the neighbors. Eric was the foreman on our job, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the work they did. "I spent a few days researching landscaping companies and had a few out to provide a bid. Cesar Calderon was competitively priced and the most responsive. I knew I was going with Calderon's after meeting Cesar and going over the project. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. After signing the contract he had his guy out the next day to spray the crab grass that was covering our lawn. After the crab grass was dead, one week later, he had a crew of six going to town on our yard. They took up the existing lawn, installed a rainbird irrigation system with 5 zones, roto tilled the existing soil, put down new soil, leveled the ground and installed new sod. The entire installation part of the project took less than 3 days. It looks amazing! I've had two neighbors knock on my door asking for Calderon's contact info. I absolutely recommend Cesar Calderon for any landscaping project."
