"I contacted Rich at the number provided, and he was quick to respond. We played phone tag a couple times, but eventually were able to speak with each other. I explained the situation to him and he asked a number of questions to narrow down the problem.
I had an old analog sprinkler control box that no longer worked on a automatic mode, and required the streaker system to be turned on and off manually.
He stated he could replace the box with the digital control box that would allow me to electronically schedule the watering of my lawn and different zones.
He stated he would be able to come to the house within two days and affect the repair. He also quoted me a $250 estimate.
Rich and another gentleman arrived on time on Wednesday morning and took less than 30 minutes to make the repair.  He tested the system, including the installation of the box. He actually found the box was a little too loose in its attachment to the wall, so he fixed that.
I am very pleased with the installation, with his service, and the price.

"It went fine. I had never heard them back. I was not sure is this 159 was a one time application or if he's gonna come out and do it periodically. There was no contract. It wasn't really clear as to what his future service might be and how much would that cost. I believe in their information. They talked about termite prevention or termite control and he told the man who came out that was a separate thing. I don't understand what that is. They charged a fee for treatment but I've been showing new evidence of termite or anything like that. I don't really have a problem but I was bit more thorough on checking. I'm still a bit unclear. He seemed rather professional and knew what he's doing. So far, so good as far as the effectiveness of his treatment. The price was reasonable however I am not too clear as to how many applications there will be."

Before telling you how Pat did, let me say his immediate response to my call, his graciousness in finding me a place on his schedule the day before Thanksgiving(!) already puts him above most of the other providers (who very politely but firmly turned me down sighting their busy schedules)

To start with I live on a little one lane road. Pat's equipment barely fits and yet he found a way to get down the road. He then had to find a way to turn around and had to walk from his truck in order to get to my place and do the job. If you haven't already gotten the picture that this is an extraordinary young man then I'm not doing MY job. He not only cut my property, edged and used the weedwacker, his job was superior to the one I had from my "regular" lawnperson. My husband who normally doesn't ever make comment about the lawn or lawn people couldn't get over the job and mentioned all the small touches Pat gave the property. Everybody 'blows" when they are finished. Not everybody does a good job of it.  The edging didn't have any of the 'blown' grass and leaves clogging up the crisp edged cut! Wow! I have a small swath of grass across the street that is part of my property and I can't tell you the last time it looked that pretty. He mowed it perfectly!! It was all amazing! Really I can't say enough good things!

Update: 5/25/2016 I have hired this service to be my permanent lawn care provider. If you're considering lawn service and you're in my area hire him. He's the best. He IS the best. He is a WOW!"
