"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Aldo's has trimmed our trees, leveled our backyard, previously. This time (yesterday) Aldo's scrubbed and pressure washed our extra large parking area, continuing on with the porches and paver paths on the sides of the house. We had developed so much mold it just had to be done. Then, they scrubbed and pressure washed our large deck. The mold had made the wood very slippery when wet. The Aldo's crew also replaced all the deck furniture. Their clean-up after the job always leaves it looking great. These hard working gentlemen have always done a beautiful job for us. Their bid on the job been affordable and they stand by that bid. They are so good that we also enjoy tipping each worker separately at the end. Big "Thank You" to Aldo's. They are our go-to guys. "We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."
