The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

"It went very well.  Construction was behind schedule due to the weather.  Approximate build time was 11-12 weeks. I called Jack and he came out the very next morning to go over it to try and repair some of the damage. It worked somewhat but this was no reflection on Jack, he did all that he could as a contractor. A few months later we noticed that some of the concrete started to crack in the area where the new was connected to the existing that we had. We contacted Jack, he came out to look at it, told us it would be no problem and no cost to repair.
