"I was overcharged ? the price was changed after the project was completed, and I received no help with designing the space. This was not made clear to me during the initial phases of the project. Other contractors typically include design guidance, but I was left to figure out plant selections and their placement myself, which was time-consuming and frustrating, especially as I?m not an expert in landscaping. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."

"These guys were awesome from start to finish. Super hard workers they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. What I appreciated most was how easy they were to talk to. They kept me in the loop the whole way and made sure I was happy with every step before moving forward. The yard looks amazing now, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. "James and his crew did a fantastic job designing and installing my backyard 2 years ago. I knew when it was time to do my front yard this year, I wanted James to do that as well. He listened to my ideas (make my yard look like Ohio in the Fall), good drainage, drought tolerant plants, attract hummingbirds, while sticking with my color selection, installing a split rail fence, I love my yard! I have had neighbors I don't know, from a block away, stop when driving by and I'm in my yard, and tell me how great it looks and they enjoyed watching the progress. His crew showed up when they said they would and each day of work, they cleaned up so the driveway was spotless. If I had another yard, I'd hire Earthwise Industries in a second! Even though the work is completed, as I've had questions come up about plant care, I reach out to James and he is quick to respond with instructions on what to do. I'm thrilled that a friend suggested I hire James a couple years ago, and I'm happy to always share my positive experience and results with others in hope that they do the same."

"It’s cliche, but I would give Vinny and his team more than 5 stars if I could. I was impressed by Vinny immediately by his professionalism. He arrives on time everytime. He does what he says. He comes up with ideas that need to be done on your project and gives you incredible value for the work being done. I’d say he has a eye for making your landscaping project pop in it’s beauty. He selects beautiful flowers, sets rocks in an artistic manner, sets up great looking retaining walls. His team also works fast if you appreciate that, but his team does not work so fast that they forget to do the little things that need to be done. His team is fast and thorough. Overall, I love my new yard and I have a new pride in my house and backyard. I highly recommend Vinny and his team. They are true professionals who arrive on time, give you great value and your project will look better than you could have imagined."
