The leaded glass had a 'bracing bar' where the solder had broken - so, they rebuilt the leaded glass in the door (looks better than it did new)... Also, the hardware (dead bolt - latch/knob) had lost its finish due to the sun... - they also allowed me to pick out a new hardware set and put that on also... "Scheduling was easy, but they forgot about a meeting that delayed the tech by about 90 minutes. I only found that out after I called them to ask why they were 30 minutes late. Once he got here, it was all business. After a few minutes, he told me what the problems were, what needed to be replaced, and a cost estimate. He also recommended a garage door opener replacement since ours was acting up, having electrical problems. I elected to go ahead with the garage door repairs, but I'll replace the opener myself, saving about $100 on the opener and the $150 installation fee. The repair took about 90 minutes, the door works great now, and I paid for the repair via credit card over his phone. Very convenient."
