"The quality of the glass block windows is great. The quality of the installation is pretty poor. The installers left chunks of brink and concrete all over the basement and garage. They damages a window sill in the bathroom. They also left large gaps in around the windows. I called Block Tite to have someone came back out, but they never did. I have left messages but no one has returned my calls. I would not recommend Block Tite of Cincinnati."
