"Charles Stewart Roofing installed new roof in my house in Forest Hills, New York about 4 year ago in 2017 with 10-year all labor and material warranty. This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof. "I originally called them to fix a leak y roof, They came out promptly did a temporary repair and told me what the problem was. They wouldn't accept any compensation for the temporary repair which stopped the leak. All that they said was that when I was going to Wagner was very good. About 2-4 months later after getting 3 qoutes i decided to go with Wagner for my roof replacement. They were the  2nd lowest price I received. But when I check out the lowest contractor I found that they had a number of complaints against them and Wagner had none. The money was worth the peace of mind.
