Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

We had our roof replaced, our homes exterior painted, some siding replaced as well as two exterior dormer windows replaced. My daughter has used this company as well for new gutters as well as exterior painting. The workers are always friendly , professional and experienced. They answer all questions that you may have and leave the job site spotless after the job is completed. The office staff is always helpful and friendly as well and promptly return calls. "Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

"This is a picture of only part of the job. These floors were very water damaged and golden/honey oak. 2 young guys sanded, repaired and stained. The floors are incredible! Many other jobs needed to be done. The entire Apex crew did exceptional work! We continued to add jobs as they went and they stayed very patient with each request we made. The communication was exceptional. Emails and texting communication was almost everyday. We were informed of every detail of the jobs and made aware of anything new etc.. these guys went above and beyond to get it all done. David Wilson kept the entire thing running smooth as different jobs required different workers to come and go. I can’t recommend them enough!!"

"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
