It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. "A storm blew a tree on our house. We received multiple quotes, all from companies that are insured, including PR Tree Service. PR came in as one of the lowest. The owner is easily to reach for estimates and other questions. We needed two quotes as insurance would cover the tree on the house but not our other tree needs. On tree removal day, a crew of 9-10 guys and lots of equipment removed the tree off the house and hauled away the debris. Further, doing a second job of stump grinding, and trimming of a few additional trees. The crew was very safe, professional, well organized, and fast. We communicated by text to schedule the work, which was completed within a week, with weather interruption. Three employees of Branching Out Tree Services removed dead limbs from two mature maples in the front yard using a ladder and tree saw extension pole, negating the use of a bucket truck. In the back yard, without using a bucket truck, they took down a mature sugar maple; limbs, trunk, and stump. A utility shed next to the tree and an electric power supply line in the yard were undamaged in the process. The hole dug by the stump grinder was filled with wood chips. The yard area surrounding the tree was raked clean and wood too large for the chipper was loaded on the truck. The yard was undamaged by the equipment..
