"My experience with this surveyor was extremely disappointing. Initially, the price seemed attractive, but that was where the positives ended. The surveyor was unprofessional, refusing to answer any questions unless I paid extra. They would not put anything in writing or address concerns transparently. They used another surveyor pins, resulting in inaccuracies. The surveyor promised to return to finish the job but never did. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they failed to complete the work. Do not be fooled by the initial lower price this service is unreliable and ultimately costly. I strongly recommend finding a more professional and trustworthy surveyor."

"Stop your search...call Zalar's. Our highest compliment is they treated our lawn as if it were their own. A very large maple tree was taken down in late fall so a complete redo of the front yard was needed. The tree cast complete shade on the front so there virtually was no grass...and heavy Pittsburgh clay soil. The ground was prepared and seeded, weeds and old shrubs removed, all beds were mulched, beautiful new shrubs were planted, and a very, very heavy lawn ornament was picked-up and installed. Beyond the very fair, highly competitive price, Adam and Eric proved to be highly skilled craftsmen. They made excellent suggestions which improved our initial plans.
