They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. "I fell for a computer scam where the scammer claimed to be with a computer service firm contracted by Microsoft to repair a dangerous flaw with Windows 10.  I was suspicious, but let them access my computer remotely.  I hung up when they started talking about offering to protect my computer for a price.  The Microsoft website describes these scams.   I was worried that my computer was compromised so I called ATR and had them check my computer for maleware.  I had to wait a day or two to get an appointment, but they contacted me at the scheduled time and performed the work remotely and efficiently.  The ATR rep was courteous and  and willing to spend time answering questions beyond the minimum required to service the computer.  This is the second time I have used ATR and have been pleased both times. <br />"
