"I tried many times to call and left a few messages but never got a call back. I finally spoke to a woman and asked about whether they could do my job and what price. She asked me to send her photos of the stump so I did. She said she would get back to me that day with a price (this was Friday.) I called later that day and got a man and when I explained what I needed he said the woman was gone for the day and that I couldn't get a price until Monday. When he finally came out to give us an estimate he quoted $300. When their man came to do the job he was surprised that they had charged us so much. "I met him at my house and he cut the volunteer tree. He wanted to give me two quotes. One to put gas on the stump and the other to NOT put gas on the stump. A few days later, my husband and I watched the irrigation cycle thru each section and located the break. What lesson learnt? Find an expert and ask them.....We will be using someone from Angie's List for this repair AFTER getting 2 or more quotes.....Lesson leaned and more wisdom for the next time....."
