"Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

He asked if I had any questions before the work started and kept checking in with me if I had any questions during the work. I was especially concerned about the rain while the work was in progress, but Richie assured me they would not remove any shingles they could not replace the same day, and he kept that commitment.
