His two man crew (lead by Marco) removed my old concrete patio and installed new Interlock pavers (about 400 square feet) as well as assembled my pergola with completion in six days. Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had. "J&P was great to work with. Juan was very responsive to my emails and all my questions. He made good recommendations to improve our landscaping but wasn’t pushy. He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch. They even built a small pathway in our garden with our leftover brick. His team was professional and quick! Pricing was competitive. "We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"

A heads up call as installation days shifted would have been helpful - the crew would have been able to drop the gravel load closer to the work site- but having said that-all my questions were addressed and ideas were thoroughly listened to, and their thoughtful, forward looking suggestions were right on target and utilized. Now I wish I had some more spaces for patios!! I love how my job turned out!"
