"Kelly replaced a service door for us which also had rotted wood on the exterior brick moulding. We asked for a quote with multiple options - with clear glass on the door on which he mentioned he could install our existing blinds, with blinds in between the glass, and with wood brick moulding or PVC brick moulding (which would be maintenance free). Kelly was very easy to work with - he came out himself both for measuring and providing the quote and for the installation. I had some issues with figuring out the deadbolt on the handle after he had left, and he said he could come back for that.. All in all a very smooth experience working with Kelly."

John though, needs to update his costumers of the progress of the order, instead of making them wonder what is going on with the work order, i have to call him myself. "in 2010 I had windows installed along with a front entrance door with a sidebar. Withgin 2 years the paint chipped on the outside and they had to replace the whole thing. Now, just 4 years later, the paint is chipping again, and in addition to that, the window above the front entrance door is now fading due to broken seal.Not what I expected ....."
