"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area.
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.?
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details.
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care.
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional.
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction.
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation.

Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.
Thank you again for a great experience!  We?ll be sure to post the highest ratings on Angie?s List.

"He did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

"Josh and his Dad did a great job. They mowed my lawn as well as added edging bricks and mulch to three areas in my yard. Would recommend to anyone!"

"Outstanding! Very professional. Dave and his team did an excellent job removing a large tree and grinding the stump. They were careful to not damage my lawn or privacy fence. The clean up was impeccable! Canter is a small, family owned and operated business who knows that good customer service and attention to details make the difference. I highly recommend them."

"Indy Work Landscaping responded to our request for a quote with a phone call within minutes of entering the request on Angi and made an appointment within two days. They were prompt, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. They performed a much-needed spring clean up of our neglected yard, removed ivy from our house, laid fresh mulch, trimmed bushes, removed a deck, graded and laid a new pea gravel patio trimmed with brick, built steps with a hand rail to the back door, and planted shrubs. They were hard-working, quiet, clean, and flexible. We could not be happier and look forward to working with them in future."

He takes great pride in his work and makes sure everything is done to the highest standard. It is refreshing to work with someone who really cares about the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for lawncare services. He has certainly earned every one of these five stars! Tracy H"

"Mr. Ceba was very prompt and professional in removing a tree limb from the roof of my home brought down by a storm earlier this week. He and his employee were careful with my roof and cleaned everything up when they were finished. It all looks great. Will definitely be using them again in the near future to prune both trees in my yard. Thank you for the excellent service!"
