"We had a full roof replacement done by Advantage in 2023. Our old roof had a small leak and minor mold, but since the new roof was installed, the problems have only gotten worse. Shortly after installation, water began leaking into the same upstairs bathroom. Advantage later discovered a baffle on the roof vent had been left open. They came back, resealed it, and repaired the drywall. Even after that fix, we continued having moisture and water issues in the attic. Advantage blamed HVAC condensation and advised us to reroute our HVAC at a cost of about $2,000. We did that and then had Advantage return to seal the roof vents again. Despite all of this, the water issues continued. When Advantage came out under warranty, they again blamed the HVAC. However, our HVAC company rechecked everything and found no condensation issues. "THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY I had 3 years left on the warranty for my shingles when the roof started leaking. I went on to the roof to check for any damage to the roof (like a branch falling on it or something).There was no physical damage to the shingles. I called WMR 3 times over a two and a half week period. Each time I was told by the receptionist that "tyler" would be coming out to take a look at it. "tyler" never showed. I got tired of playing the phone game (call them and notify them that your roof is leaking - no call back) and gave up. I will have to fix it myself. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY"

"DO NOT HIRE! Caleb made promises he couldn't keep. His team showed up unannounced, they broke equipment in my yard and had to fix it themselves. I requested a leveling services and while they fix one side of the yard, they made the other side, that was flat, ankle twisting. 5 weeks after service the grass still has not grown. When I called to request reseeding, Caleb made more promises about coming on 3 separate occasions, but has still yet to show up. I spent twice as much for this company as the other quote, and they left my large yard looking like this."
